Downloading the MyDataHelps app

Many MyDataHelps users opt to download the MyDataHelps app to their device and some studies require the app be downloaded. Using the MyDataHelps app allows you to:

  • Connect Apple Health, Google Fit, or Health Connect to MyDataHelps
  • Receive app push notifications

Before downloading the app, you'll need to ensure your device is supported:

  • For Apple devices, MyDataHelps is supported on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and iPod touch running iOS 16.4 and higher.
  • For Android devices, MyDataHelps requires Android version 10.0 or higher.

To download the app, you search "MyDataHelps" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading it, you can use your MyDataHelps account to log in. Alternatively, you can find a link to download the app within MyDataHelps if you are accessing it on the browser of your mobile device:

  1. Click on the menu button in the top, right corner.

  3. Then finish downloading the app from your app store.
